Dr. Gopi Ranga Nath V is an expert in the Code of Civil Procedure, Law of Evidence, Food Laws, Consumer Laws, and Labour and Industrial Laws. He holds a master?s degree and a doctorate from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. His doctoral thesis received the "Best Thesis" award and a Gold Medal. He has published over 50 articles in UGC-approved journals, Web of Science, and Scopus-indexed publications. Dr. Gopi has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and seminars. Since 2015, he has been associated with CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. Notably, his work was fully cited in a judgment by the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Dr. Gopi serves as a resource person at various judicial service institutes. His expertise extends to the Negotiable Instruments Act, Civil Rules of Practice, and Criminal Rules of Practice.
